The plethora of complexities that a woman must face in everyday life can be overwhelming. Even after dealing with so many people she can feel lonely. Their can be endless triumph but not feel appreciated. The social pressure of being the perfect person and maintaining the perfect balance of home and office can lead into depression. The White Crows Club arranges event where a moderator breaks the ice and raises sensitive topics and then the group comes together with solutions and ideas in how to bring more positivity in life and feeling motivated by our surrounding. The world may not as bad as it seems to us many times!

The White Crows Club arranges many skill trainings like shorthand, basic tool using, mechanics and other aspects with which you can be more confident and equipped to face everyday issues. We also arrange jobs based on your qualifications and scholarships in various training schools.

Our goal is to encourage and motivate the everyday woman by giving her the tools to overcome everyday challenges and meet women who have faced and overcome the same challenges. By helping one another, women can transform not only our peers but the world.

When women feel confident about their bodies, their worthiness, and their intelligence, they can go into the world and express themselves without intimidation. We believe there’s no better time than now.

There are no rules for achieving your goals and living the lives that you want to live, but we aim to help our HERoines along the way. You can master your everyday experiences in the real world.

Women in Bangladesh

“Bangladesh has made remarkable progress in the last 20 years in improving the lives of women and girls. Maternal mortality rates are falling, fertility rate is declining, and there is greater gender parity in school enrolment. At the same time, 82 percent of married women suffer gender-based violence and pervasive sexual violence prevents women from achieving their full potential.”

Our work involves in giving them the right skill so that they can reach their full potential. Out training starts from self-care and mental health to driving, designing and diplomas. Self-confidence can bring a huge change in a person’s life and that will be our building block. * Last updated: September 06, 2022 (https://www.usaid.gov/bangladesh/gender-equality-and-womens-empowerment)
